We have added new programs for social service and private healthcare facilites, including nursing homes, alzheimers care facilites, adult day-care, etc. We can also package the property portion and are very competitive.
We are a phone call away and our service is the best in the business. Since we will probably be doing this into our 90's given our 401k's we look forward to your submissions.
Market changes are around the corner--we haven't figured which corner, but they are coming. Given the cat losses still being counted as well as the hammering the financials have taken, pricing and capacity are going to be impacted.
