Jennifer Jolley is an intellectual property and technology lawyer who represents individuals, small and mid-sized companies in a wide range of industries, including software developers and internet companies, consumer product manufacturers, toy and game companies. She advises her clients on transactional and litigation matters in the areas of copyright, trademark, trade secret, computer, internet and new media. She received her Bachelor of Science from Arizona State University and is a graduate of ASU's Honor's College. She received her law degree from the University of Washington School Of Law and is licensed to practice in Washington and Oregon. Jennifer teaches a legal workshop at Highline Community College for start-ups and is guest lecturer in the UW-Bothell Business School's Center for Student Entrepreneurship program, where she was named an Industry Fellow for 2010. She volunteers in the UW's Entrepreneurial Law Clinic, the Washington Lawyers for the Arts Legal Clinic and on the Northwest Entrepreneur Network's Think Tank Seminar Planning Committee. .
