Andy represents members of the collection industry, defending FDCPA, FCRA and consumer protection claims, in addition to his broadly based commercial litigation and transactional practice. Recent significant cases include representation of a Canadian corporation which acquired the distressed real property assets of a multi state farming corporation, and representation of the seller in its management, and liquidation sale, of properties valued at $124 million. He has also represented numerous national and regional collection agencies as either lead or managing litigation counsel in defending FDCPA, FCRA and state consumer protection claims. When not enjoying the practice of law, Andy is an avid baseball fan who has been known to drive through the night to watch his son play ball on the road. Andy and his wife are also in the midst of a multi-year remodel of their home and its gardens.
