Showcase: Submission Guidelines

Last Revised April 12, 2002

This is the first time we've considered posting material from other people, so bear with us if we're rough around the edges.

Submitting your work does not guarantee it will be posted. The final decision is ours, and we will be honest in explaining why a work would not be posted.

Here are a few guidelines for sending material (not in any particular order):

All entries should be Christian or Christ-centered.

We will read everything we get, but will accept nothing containing gratuitous sex and/or violence, or profanity.

Right now, we have no problems with the file format we receive entries in. We can work with plain text (.txt), Rich Text Format (.rtf), Word (.doc), or WordPerfect (.wpd) formats.

Although we're decent proofreaders, it is your responsibility to check your documents for spelling and punctuation.

All works should have a title, of course.

We encourage you to include an email address for reader comments. It will be linked to your name in the document and home page reference.

You will, of course, receive full authorship credit for the work; honor is given where honor is due.

In the rare situation that we find something needing editing, we will email you with our observations and suggestions. If you concur with the edit and give us permission to do so, we'll edit the document. Otherwise, what you submit is what will go online.

Thanks, and hope to hear from you soon.
